We have been customers of Harr for many years The helpful, courteous and highly professional staff were great during our most recent vehicle acquisition. Our sales rep, Nana, made it an overall pleasant experience. Our last RAV4 lease was up this month, so we returned to Harr to lease a new one. We worked closely with Sabrina Allsopp throughout the whole process. She always kept of informed every step of the way, from the expected vehicle delivery date through registration and inspection. She was always available to answer all of our questions. It was a pleasure working with her and Harr Toyota in general.

I went to Harr a few weeks ago to purchase a new vehicle. I have been getting my previous cars from Harr and have had great experiences. My 2016 Toyota Corolla was purchased through a great salesperson Jerry Diaz and I was hoping to work with him again but I found out that he sadly passed away. I was planning to get a new vehicle this year but unfortunately I was driving in some bad weather and damaged my car and was in need of a new one. I went to Harr in early February and worked Sabrina Allsopp who was not only able to get me a vehicle that day but it had so many more features than my previous cars. Sabrina did a great job in getting me what I need and was able to get through the red tape caused by the insurance company. Highly recommend Sabrina and Harr!

Brought my new car in for a diagnosis of several alerts going off. Natalie was fast to meet me and get my car ready. Then we went to her station where she explained any charges I may be responsible for in this process. All info with a smile on her face. She then asked me when I last fueled this car. I told her an hour ago. She asked me to hold on as she would check a potential issue. She returned to me several minutes later and told me she was able to reset all alerts and the problem may have been the gas cap was not fully tightened. That was me in a hurry. I am not from the area and not a customer of Harr however Natalie’s service to me was like being treated like a customer or even a family member. I have had to get 2 cars in less than 1 year. This due to 2 car accidents with people hitting my cars. All I can say is that thanks to Aleah Wettland at Harr Toyota my car shopping was made so much easier. She’s terrific! My experience buying my car at Harr was a positive one. My salesperson, Christian, was very personable and helpful. The entire staff was great. They stand by their product.

The people that work there are all very nice. The building is in perfect condition. People do drive around the huge parking lot way go fast though.

Engy was amazing and helpful. I had bought a used car a few years back at a different dealer and the dealer left a sour taste in my mouth. After a few years in a used car I hated, I finally bought a new one, without Engy's incredible help, I wouldn't have done it. I had found a vehicle I was very interested in through Autotrader. The dealership was very quick to respond and set up an appointment. The salesperson (Aleah) was fantastic and was always available to answer any questions I had. The vehicle was delivered to my home out of state which made it very easy for me as the reason for this purchase was a tree had fell on my previous car. I have had the car for about a month now, it has been great! The car was priced well, it was clean and serviced when I received it and the staff was great. Not much more to ask when buying a car!
